Marijuana causes one to get high.

Hemp has a soothing effect on the body.

Hemp has healing qualities 

The problem with using hemp it can affect drug test.
You would be branded as a drug user.
A large percentage of companies will not tolerate drug use
even if it is for health reasons.
The way things are moving along in the legal system soon it will more than likely be legal for personal use.

Personally I would rather use natural herbal products for healing purposes.
